If you are denied during your NICS background check, the firearm cannot be transferred to you. The FFL will need to return the firearm to us. You will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping costs and a standard 15% restocking fee. Please ensure you are legally permitted to own a firearm before purchasing.
Yes. We utilize a live-inventory tracking system. If the website allows you to add an item to your cart, it is physically sitting in our climate-controlled tactical warehouse ready for immediate dispatch. We do not accept backorders for out-of-stock items.
