20 TO 1 (95% LEAD, 5% TIN) BULLET CASTING ALLOY
Brownells 20 to 1 Bullet Casting Alloy. Ingots weight roughly 5 pounds. This casting alloy is 20 parts Lead to 1 part Tin (95% Lead, 5% Tin). This gives a Brinell Hardness of appoximately 10. A popular Alloy for use in Cowboy Action Shooting and standard blackpowder cartridges such as the 45-70 Government. Made form virgin metals, not from scrap, ensuring you are adding clean alloy. Sold by the ingot, weights are approximate.
